Mid Season Rates $149 per night Spring Break-Memorial Wkd and Labor Day-Oct 15;
Peak Season Rates $159 per night Memorial Day through Labor Day;
Cleaning fee $100 - $125 depending on occupancy;
Pets allowed at $10 per night per pet (2 Maximum);
Security deposit of 1st night and cleaning fee to be held on credit card;
$50 cancellation fee;
