Joshua Tree House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250 night weekend / $225 weekdays
- 4 people - weekends - $250 two night minimum ;
4 people - weekdays - $225 two night minimum;
Up to two extra people on futon bed - $50 - two night minimum
$300 deposit and $60 cleaning fee;
After total of 6 guests - each extra guest - $50 a person per night
$1350 a week or $4000 a month. Certain holidays 3 night minimum.

Available for film, photo, and commercial shoots. - Dates available: Year round availability special summer rates from June through Aug.
