A $300.00 refundable security/damage deposit is required. This will be refunded to the credit card you use to pay for the rental house after 30 days, and less than 45 days after your check-out date.
If you are arriving more than 30 days from the date your reservation is made you will pay a $300 down payment. The balance will be charged to your credit card on file 30 days before your arrival date.
We accept reservations all the way out to a year from the current date.
