• From $500-$650 weekly, monthly rates on request
• NOV 01 thru APR 30: $650/week;
  JUL 01 thru SEP 30: $500/week;
  Rest of the year: $550/week;
  monthly rates on request;
  Security deposit $200/week, $500/month.
  Registration fee $100
  
  STUDENT GROUPS ARE NOT PERMITTED: Students unaccompanied by a parent will not be permitted to register. Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies prepaid and the party will not be permitted to occupy the unit. We are not responsible for pool and spa closures at common pools, and no credit and/or discount can be granted for circumstances beyond our control.
• CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: The renter may cancel the rental contract at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing. The following deadlines and costs apply to cancellations by the renter: Cancellations within 3 days of date when booking was made: $25.00 (plus tax) administrative fee
  Cancellations of 56 or more days prior to arrival: 30% of rental amount (down payment deposit)
  Cancellations of 42 or less days prior to arrival: 90% of rental amount is forfeited
