Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $125 to $165 a night full occupancy
- $145/nt May-September 2012. $165 October-December 2012. $125/nt Jan-April 2013.
Peak Fall Season.. 3 night min. stay. Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years 4 nights.
Non-refundable pet fee of $20 per dog (dogs only) max 2 dogs with prior approval.
*Ask about discounted rates for long term bookings and/or week day stays.
$75 cleaning fee per visit.
Credit card on file for damages, missing items, heavy cleaning required.
30 Day Cancellation Policy.
Rates do not include 12% GA Sales Tax.
