Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A holding deposit of $250 is payable to confirm your booking. In the event of cancellation this will be refunded if an replacement booking is secured for the same dates.
The balance of monies is payable 1 month before your arrival date. In the event of cancellation this will be refunded if an replacement booking is secured for the same dates.
A refundable security bond of $250 is payable. This is refunded within 7 days of your departure if the property has been left in good order.
Optional cleaning fee $80 - you are responsible for cleaning the house before departure so that it is in the same condition as it was when you arrived. If you would like to not bother with this you may elect to prepay for a professional cleaner to service the house following your departure, the cost of this service is $80. If you have not prepaid for the cleaning service and do not clean the house adequately on departure a cleaning fee of $80 will be deducted from your security deposit. - Arrival time is from 2pm and departure is by 11am. We can be flexible about these times if there is not a same-day changeover of guests. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later please ask us, we will accommodate your request if we can. There is no addition charge for this it is simply a matter of whether we are still able to prepare the house for the next guest.
