Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Per week rentals (excluding holidays):
January, February, and March - $2,750 / week
April, May, and June - $3,250 / week
July, August, to September 15 and Holidays - $3,675 / week
September 16, October, November, and December – $3,000/week.
Nightly Rental, three night minimum: $500 per night, except summer/holidays-$600
Additional Rate Policies:$175 non-refundable cleaning fee; $1,500 security deposit
