Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rate is $400.00 per night. Minimum stay one week. The weekly rate is $2,800. Security Deposit is $500.00 required. Deposit is reimbursable as long as there is no damage done to the apartment or personal property.
Cleaning available for $100.00. If staying for a month, must have a cleaning at least once a week.
