A weekend stay is any stay that includes a Friday , Saturday or Sunday night .
Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the Stone House. Smoke outside in designated areas. Dispose of all smoking items in the designated containers.
Hunting,and operation of ATVs and discharge of firearms are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the property. However there is public hunting within 1/2 mile of the house.
Call for couples rate Must be 25 or older to sign contract - Cell phones have limited reception at Stone House but most phones will get reception on the North side of the house.
Check -In is 3:00 pm or after. Check-out is by 11:00 am. No exceptions.
In the event of cancellation, 1/3 of your reservation will be retained. No bank drafts accepted.
Reservation/Security deposit and 1/2 fee due with signing of rental agreement.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.
