Notes: Washer & Dryer in the unit behind accordian door area in guest hallway, several pools throughout (shared), No Smoking indoors, but allowed on screened in outdoor lanai with doors closed. The living room contains a sectional sofa (Queen sleeper), swivel rocker, and a beautiful entertainment center, which houses a color TV, DVD/CD, VCR, with surround sound and updated stereo system. The living room also contains those little 'extras' to give you the feeling of being in your home away from home. The sliding doors open to the lanai where you could have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while overlooking the golf course. Washer and dryer are in their own enclosed laundry area within the condo for your convenience.
