- Thanksgiving Week, Christmas-New Years is $750/night w/4 night minimum.
Non Winter Holiday Rate is $500/night w/3 night minimum.
Having a Family Reunion? Rent our Property! Ask for specific rate for your requested time. - $350 Cleaning Fee, $500 refundable Security Deposit. 50% due at reservation; remaining balance due 30 days prior to stay.
Cancellation 60 days before stay for zero penalty. Cancellations 30-59 days before stay is 50% of amount due at booking. Cancellations later than 30 days before stay you forfeit the amount due at booking.
