The typical rates shown above are based upon a 7 night booking or where the gap between bookings is smaller a booking that will fill the gap completely. To get a precise instant quote please use the contact form or follow the link to our website.
Short bookings normally have a higher nightly rate because of our minimum total booking charges based on the gap into which the booking is placed.

For example if you are looking to place a booking of 2, 3, 4 or even 5 nights and we have a gap of 5 nights between two existing bookings we will charge at least $700+tax.
We accept 2 night rentals, but you will not be able to book a 2 night weekend break at a very low last minute rate. Our last minute rates will require a longer rental.
