- Both master suites are situated on the upstairs floor. Sleeping accommodation at our villa includes a Master en-suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closet space, matching nightstands, dresser and armorer that houses. The Queen Room is almost en-suite as the only downstairs bedroom just off the same corridor as the downstairs full bathroom. The living room includes a sofa bed which may be used by guests when required. The kids bedrooms were designed by a professional Disney artist...your children will love it!

Our luxury villa is supplemented with elegant high quality furniture and accessories including a bright, spacious family room to relax in as a family with an entertainment center that has a 47in wide-screen HD TV and DVD player. If you want to relax in a more quiet setting we have a separate living room also with high quality furniture. Need to relax step outside under the cool and shaded lanai; set on the large private pool deck around the crystal clear pool and raised spa pool. In this bubbling spa its a perfect way to relax at the end of each fun-packed day at the parks and attractions. Sit or soak under the sun on the cushioned pool chairs/tables, or take a long cool dip in the optionally heated pool. Provided with the pool there's a removable safety fence for added protection for infants and children.Gas grill is included but we do not monitor the levels of the propane tank and will not guarantee a full tank. To guarantee a full tank on arrival we can service you for $40.00.
