  Check-in at 1pm (Flexibility available on demand). Check-out at 11noon (Flexibility on demand). Cancellations: A sixty day notice is required
  without penalty. If canceled after the stated date, we will charge one night of
  your stay.

  $300 Refundable deposit required.damage and loss deposit (returned within 7 days of checkout should you leave the apartment as you found it)
• Payment is collected in the following manner:
  Money in cash.credit cards are all acceptable by PayPal.
  If a credit card is used, a cost of 2.99% transaction fee will be added.
  
  If you want my apartment there is a short term lease that must be read/signed and returned to me by mail or fax with a copy of driver license or valid photo ID. Sorry, we do not allow young children or pets. This is a non smoking environment. gated parking space in the building can be added for a small additional feet,also if you need to get pick up at the airport a fee 15.00 is available.
