Pool heating is optional, but recommended between Oct-Apr, and is available for $25/day or $175/week. Hot tub heating is available $10/day or $70/week. Combined pool and hot tub heating is available for $30/day or $200/week. Hot Tub is not operational without heating. - Snowbirds: **Special monthly rate of $2,399.00 for Snowbirds (inclusive of all taxes and utilities).
Reservation deposit $250 per week booked, which is automatically converted to a security deposit on arrival to the villa. It will be fully refunded within 10 days of check-out after house inspection.
Long term rentals available 2 weeks 5%, 3 weeks 10% discount.
In summer, there is a $10/day charge for air conditioning.
Refunds Policy:
1. 60 days prior to arrival: 100% refund
2. 45-60 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
3. Less than 45 days prior to arrival: no refund
