Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rate is $1000, nightly rate is $200 plus a $100 cleaning fee. There is a $200 security deposit due when a reservation is made. This is a refundable deposit that will be returned to you within ten days of your departure providing no damage is done during your stay.
