Property is designed to 8 adults overnighting - children less than 5 y.o can be exception for total head count. Please contact owner to get approval prior signing the contract.
No parties with more than maximum capacity is allowed in the unit. If renter disobey the agreement, immediate eviction will be enforced and monies paid will not be refunded.

- Modern style in all bathrooms. Bathroom #1 has the latest in enclosed tub/shower with radio and lights. There is also a plasma TV in the bathroom and two high mounted sinks for couples convenience. In order to get in the high tub/shower, there is a small stool that holds up to 300 lb. We do not recommend this bath to people over the weight limit allowed by our step stool, and that includes ladies on advanced stage of their pregnancy. Bathroom #2 is equipped with shower only Bathroom #3 is equipped with shower and jets coming from the wall - the latest trend in bathroom decor
