- We will consider last minute rentals - just ask. You are required to pay 50% deposit by wire transfer. We will send you an invoice. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No Exceptions. There is a 30KwH electricity max usage per day- overages will be paid from your deposit. Electricity charges may apply on monthly rentals.
We would be happy to entertain a long term renter, this home is likely the most equipped and modern in the whole beach area. - Ask about mid week specials. As well as discounts for repeat guests; we welcome guest to come back again and again. Bring another couple with you and stay in our Second loft, or take a short walk and stay in one of our ocean view Panama style bungalows in the Costa Grande gated community.
