- There are two bedrooms downstairs — the Sailboat Room is the master with a queen bed and superb views. This bedroom also has TV with cable. The Fish Room has a twin trundle bed and a bookcase of wonderful Maine children's books. Upstairs, find two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The Spruce Room has some of the best views in the house — overlooking the property's 200+ feet of water frontage or the causeway cove. Two twin beds and an additional twin bed nestled into the eves of the house. Open (but finished) timber framing makes this room comfortable and cozy with tall, open ceilings. The Lupine Room is situated at the back of the house with views of the causeway cove. Two twin beds with the same open timber and vaulted ceilings as the Spruce Room.
