• Spa heating is available $15 per day or $90 per week.
• Combined pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day or $200 per week.
• Pool heating is recommended for winter months.
• Spa is not operational without heating.
• Upon booking, the amount payable will be 20% of the total booking cost.
• This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• Balance in full is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
• All bookings are subject to our booking terms and conditions, which you will receive with the booking form.
• A security deposit is required for all stays in this home:
• Up to 6 Persons: $300
• 7 - 10 Persons: $400
• 11 or more Persons: $500
• This can be held on a valid credit card. We can accept all major Cards - Bookings of 14 nights or more will be discounted, please inquire for details
If you need a BBQ for your vacation we can rent these for you at an additional cost. You arrive to a clean BBQ and are not responsible for cleaning after use.
