St-Irenee Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Plus 2 $ per night for hotel taxes; there are no cleaning fees
- MINIMUM STAY DURING THE SUMMER PERIOD IS 7 NIGHTS EXCEPT WHERE THE AVAILABLE PERIOD IS SHORTER THAN 7 DAYS
Except for specific period of the year, weekly rates are 1450 $ plus taxes.
For every rental, a 2 $ per night hotel tax has to be added to the price. on top of that, the 14,5 % taxes apply to the total amount. There is no added cleaning fees unless the situation requires special cleaning... A deposit equivalent to approximately 40 % of the rental is required upon booking (minimum 350 $) and the remainder is payable 30 days before arrival.
