- $725 Security Deposit is required to reserve your requested time period. All renters will be charged a $125 Cleaning Fee for each 'stay'.....Cleaning Fee will be deducted from your $725 Deposit, the balance will be mailed to you within 14 days of your departure....providing there are no furthur deductions for damages. One-hundred percent (100%) of the full Rental Rate amount is due 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date. All rental cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Terms; cancellation anytime prior to 60 days of scheduled arrival, Deposit will be refunded.....less a $500 Cancellation Fee. If cancellation occurs within 60 to 31 days of scheduled arrival, the full $725 Deposit will be retained by Lessor as a Cancellation Fee. Cancellation after 31 days, NO Rental Rate refunds will be made unless property is 're-rented' for the same scheduled period AND the same Rental Rate$$.....the $725 Security Deposit will still be retained as the Cancellation Fee.
- Pets: Only one dog/cat is allowed and must be 40 lbs. or less, a NON-barker, 'flea-free'..............and it is NOT allowed on furniture; especially any beds.....(allergy/flea concerns for other renters). Any flea 'infestations' will result in an additional $100 fumagation fee. Monthly pet fee is $100/mth; may be reduced for multi-month rentors only.
