The minimum length of stay is 5 nights. (7 nights in Super Season)
Extra nights will be charged at either $225 or $255 per night for a group of 6 (or less), depending on the season.
Booking fee: 6% of total rental fee.
The End-of-Stay cleaning charge is mandatory and amounts to $ 125.00 per group of 6 persons or less. An extra $12.50 per person is charged for groups larger than 6 persons.
Service costs are $20,- per group per night, independent of the season
Electricity is included in the Rental Fee, up to a maximum of $ 20,- per night. Surplus in usage will be deducted from the deposit at check out.
Deposit is $300 - to be paid in cash upon arrival. - As of September 1, 2013, our prices will increase slightly.
Super Season is from the 20th of December, 2013 through the 5th of January, 2014. During this season different pricing will be applicable.
