- You will be very much at home and comfortable..No rugs, no musty smell, none at all. There is an outdoor shower as well as the 3 full bathrooms in the cottage. Washer/dryer is a stackable and they are in the utility room. Laundry detergent will be supplied. The ironing board/iron is here as well.

sleeping area 3 - 1 double, Room is walk through to stairs, has door and is very small
- New construction 2011. . Bedroom 1 has king size temperpedic mattress, your own private deck, full bath , 5' tiled shower stall, closet,private deck, room has four large windows looking out at ocean/pond. Bedroom 2 has a full temperpedic mattress with a set of bunk beds incorporated above and below full,with temperpedic mattresses as well, walk-in closet, a private full bath and private deck. On main level there is a very small area it has a full size bed (very comfortable) this is the walk-through to the upstairs,(this is considered the 3rd bedroom, big enough to fit full size bed) there is a door and three large windows in this area that face the ocean, . Inflatable full size bed in downstairs closet, that can be used in living room, if needed. Other full bath is on first level . The beds are extremely comfortable. THERE IS ALSO AN OUT DOOR SHOWER Spectacular sunsets and use of two kayaks! Must be 18 or older to use kayaks.
