Great Exuma Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 1975 per week
- Payment is in US currency. A deposit of $500.00 is required upon booking. This holds your reservation and goes towards your rental but is forfeited should you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If, however, your time is booked by another guest/party, your deposit may be refunded. Rental rates cover accommodation and resort fees for up to a party of four guests in beautiful, beach side townhouse #37. This includes use of the resort shuttle bus which runs on a schedule into the Georgetown, complimentary use of reception computers, beach and poolside chairs and palapas, non-motorized beach toys, swimming pools, beach towel exchange and complimentary cell phone usage. The required 10% Bahamian Hotel tax and end-of-stay cleaning charges will be added to quoted rental rates.
- Cell phone credits, wireless internet, use of Hobiecats and propane barbeque use are available at an additional guest cost and are payable directly at the resort. Daily freshen-up maid service is an optional service, provided at guest cost, and must be requested prior to arrival.
A concierge service is offered through on-site management at Palm Bay, and is offered separately from your accommodation rental. Approximately one week prior to your arrival, an information package offering concierge services will be emailed to you. These services are available as a convenience which you may or may not choose to use.
YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE RESORT UPON CHECK-IN.

- Tropical charm continues throughout both bedrooms, with dark bamboo and rattan furniture (nightstands, headboards, and chest of drawers), silk and floral arrangements, and framed theme prints. Crisp quality bedding in cottons and blends, remote controlled a.c. and ceiling fans will almost guarantee you a great nights sleep. Both bedrooms are equipped with their own television. A lap-top sized safe is located in the master bedroom closet. Each bedroom has its own full bath (see below).
