Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Last Minute Discount: 10% off if booking within 14 days of stay; 20% if within 7 days of stay.
Deposit: 35% of total.
Cancellation policy: Greater than 30 days before stay, $25. Between 15-30 days before stay, your deposit. Less than 15 days before stay, full cost of stay. Exceptions made on case by case basis for unusual circumstances. - Holidays, including Cruising the Coast, Oct 2-9; 4 day minimums, summer rates.
