The home will be cleaned by our cleaning crew before your arrival.
There is a small cleaning fee of $200. We ask that you leave our home clean, with beds stripped and the laundry started with sheets and towels in the laundry room, trash emptied and all dirty dishes put away or in the dish washer. Following your rental we will have our cleaning crew clean the home to return it to the same condition it was in upon your arrival. If the cleaning takes longer than eight hours, we will deduct the cost in excess of eight hours from your security deposit. Our cleaner charges are $25 per hour. - The State of Maine imposes a tax on rentals at the rate of 7% of the rent amount. The tax is imposed on the renter and the owner is required to collect it and pay it to the state. We will collect the tax from you and pay it to the state.
