Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Check out time 11 am.
$500 security deposit required for all rentals
Minimum stay of 3 nights for peak season (June through October) and holidays (Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving)
Cleaning fee: $120.
