- Beautiful modern Hill Country decor in each bathroom. The master is large with a massive jacuzzi tub and separate vanities. The other three bathrooms are all oversized. The game room has it's own bathroom which makes it an ideal room for putting all the kids together in one space. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.

- Luxuriously decorated bedrooms. The Master has incredible lake views and a queen sized bed with a new mattress/box springs and bedding and new wood flooring. The other two bedrooms are completely updated with new paint, carpet, ceilings and fixtures and decorated in a Hill Country theme with hand made quilts and queen sized beds seperated by a completely updated bathroom. You can sleep 7 in the game room with 2 queen sized sleeper sofas, bunk beds and a futon with a separate bathroom. Renters find this a perfect spot for teenagers and children as they have their own 42' flat screen TV, games, pool table and lots of privacy at the back of the house--and lots of quiet for the rest of the guests! There are also two comfy couches in the family room for extra guests. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, closets and alarm clocks with plenty of extra bedding and pillows.. Perfect for 2-3 families as everyone has lots of room and privacy--and no lines for the bathroom with four full baths!
