Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- High Season .. June 16-Labor Day.. $4495/week;
Shoulder Season .. Spring & Fall .. $2995/week, less for smaller group.
Winter...Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year $550/night (2 night minimum);
if available, $1995 monthly rate (plus utilities) Nov. thru May;
7% Montana State Lodging Tax;
$500-$1000 refundable damage deposit;
extra per-person per-night charge of $15 for groups over 12.
$200 cleaning fee, $350 cleaning fee if there is an approved pet.

Convertible Bed: queen size Swedish sleeper in great room -- most comfortable made. Family room downstairs has couch sleeper as well. Also airbeds with same quality linens.
