Goodyear Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $60 Damage Deposit policy (nonrefundable) by check.
- Bookings made 1 month or more before arrival date will pay a $500 deposit (applied to balance) and $60 (nonrefundable) plus $275 cleaning fee will be due to start the booking process.
if you cancel within two weeks of booking (unless I can get another booking during same time frame) $250 is nonrefundable. House cleaning charge is non refundable if canceled the week of trip.
All money is due at least 4 wks before arrival or due immediately if booked four weeks or less before arrival date.
Would advise to acquire travel insurance if cancellations are a possibility.
Deposit paid by check will have to clear first before week will be held.
No credit card deposits. - Monthly rates and Holidays and Spring Break period are not negotiable.
Rates are based on 12 person occupancy. $75 per person per night extra for 13-15 persons.
15 Person Maximum occupancy!!! Maximum occupancy will utilize two air beds as well as sleeper sofas!
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
