Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Please email owner for long term rate, special rate, last minute discount and availability.
- Rates are from $749 - $1200 based on low, medium, high and peak seasons
Rates for Holidays are various depending on demand
Long term bookings are welcome.
$300 (or higher for longer than a week) security deposit is required at the time of booking.
A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for stay less than 7 nights.
Pool heating is $145/week and $21/day, recommended from November to March.
Rate does not include 12% sales tax.
Outdoor gas grill can be rented for $50/week (gas included).
