Deposit will be held against loss, property damage or costs incurred, will be refunded within approximately one week after your departure following a satisfactory report from the property managers.
Cancellation Policy:
a) Guests may cancel reservation at any time. Cancellation must be in writing (in the form of a letter or email).
b) The following cancellation charges will apply to all rentals canceled:
• Over 90 days prior to check in: deposit refunded minus $20 processing fee.
• Between 60 to 90 days prior to check in: deposit retained as credit towards rental within one year.
• Between 30 days - 60 days: lost of 50% of rent
• Within 30 days: lost of 100% of rent.

- On the first floor a larger of the two en-suites is furnished with a King Size bed and direct access to a private bathroom, including a tub and walk in shower, his and her wash basins. The room also has a 32-inch LCD TV. The second en-suite is furnished with a Queen Size bed, its own TV, direct access to a private bath with a shower/tub combo. Our third bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size bed. Don`t forget to enjoy the game room, complete with pool table, Foosball table, and air hockey table. Our second floor has two bedrooms with double Twin Size beds (with trundles) decorated with Disney themes (one for boys and one for girls), and the third bedroom is a large room with a King Size bed, and all rooms with their own TVs.
