- Stay of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning fee of $145.00. Pool Heat/Hot Spa or Jacuzzi: $30/day or $199/week
- $ 300 deposit is required to make reservation. If booking within eight weeks of arrival, full payment is needed to be paid after reservation confirmation with rental agreement. Deposit will be held against loss, property damage or costs incurred, will be refunded within approximately one week after your departure following a satisfactory report from the property managers.
Cancellation Policy:
a) Guests may cancel reservation at any time. Cancellation must be in writing (in the form of a letter or email).
b) The following cancellation charges will apply to all rentals cancelled:
• Over 90 days prior to check in: deposit refunded minus $20 processing fee.
• Between 60 to 90 days prior to check in: deposit retained as credit towards rental within one year.
• Between 30 days - 60 days: lost of 50% of rent
• Within 30 days: lost of 100% of rent.
