Cumbrian Lakes Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 13% transient rental tax will be added to the quoted rates. No additional charge for cleaning for stays longer than 5 days! A cleaning fee of $95 will be charged for stays of less than 5 days. $250 security deposit required. Optional pool heat is available at a low rate. This service is recommended between October through April. Ask us for advice.
- You can order a welcome pack (cost $60) to be there on your arrival to include: eggs, bacon, sugar, water, coffee, tea bags, milk, cereal, orange juice, soda, bread, butter, beer etc. Very handy after a long journey before you stock up at the local WalMart the next day, just down the road - let us know when you confirm booking! It's the little things to make your holiday as relaxing as can be! Longer stays are always negotiable when it comes to good clients. Remember we are here to serve you. Highchair, pack and play, wooden crib, and strollers are available for an additional fee.
