- Pool heat is optional and is an extra $25/night, if so desired. (Pool heat is recommended for the months of October - March.)
A Processing fee of $35 is added to all bookings.
Rates may change at any time. Once your booking is confirmed, prices are locked in at that time.
Payments are accepted by: personal check, Money Order, Credit Cards, Paypal or Cash.
A 3% fee will be added to all payments incurring a fee. - We do not take a Security Deposit. We find that renters would rather not give a large sum of money and then wonder if and when their deposit will be returned to them. Instead, we participate with an Insurance Plan that protects both the renter and the owner. If something were to break or be damaged during your stay, you don't have to worry about how much it would cost to repair the problem. With the Damage Liability Insurance Plan, your vacation is worry free as accidental damages are completely covered. The fee for the Insurance is $45.00.
This fee of $45 for the Damage Liability Insurance Plan will be applied to all bookings and is non-refundable.
