Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- High Season (Jul-Aug) .. $2250/week .. $9000/month.
Low Season (Sep–Jun).. $1850/month.
$150 cleaning fee for every rental.
$500 deposit required to reserve date (applied to rental rate).
$500 security deposit ½ of first month’s rental fee non-refundable due on signing.
Signing lease and balance due upon arrival.
No smoking and no pets.
