- A refundable security deposit will be required. LIght housekeeping every few days is included in the rental rate for standard service. If dishes are to be cleaned by the housekeeper, there will be an additional charge. Long-distance phone calls are not included -- Please bring a calling card. No movie rentals are permitted through our cable service unless arranged for in advance - although there are plenty of free movies available on Netflix (which is connected to our TV).

- There is also an air mattress if seperate beds are required in the 3rd Bedroom. Also, there are NO bedbugs. We have hardwood floors and we cover our mattresses. Please do not inquire if you have been staying previously in a New York City Hotel. We do not want to have this problem in our home. Thanks for your understanding!
