8.65% NYS sales tax; 3% county sales taxes - Payment Terms:
25% deposit required to confirm reservation; 25% additional due 45 days prior to arrival; balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Fully refundable deposit less cancelation fee of 10% if canceled 45 days prior to arrival. Security deposit of $500 required for reservations of one week or more. Valid credit card must be kept on file. SHORECREST CANNOT REFUND ON LATE CANCELATIONS FOR ANY REASON THEREFORE WE RECOMMEND RENTERS ACQUIRE TRAVEL INSURANCE
