- Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and soaps at all of the sinks. Clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap and shampoo and conditioner are also provided.
There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance called 'Travel Guard', from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!). Please let us know of your interest level in this worthwhile product. It will protect your investment.
