Pine Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Low Season - January 2 to the Thursday prior to May Long Weekend. Monday of Thanksgiving-December 19th. $250/night
Mid Season - Friday of May Long Weekend to June 30. Monday of Sept. Long Weekend -Thanksgiving weekend-$300/night
High Season - July 1 to the Monday of September Long Weekend. Also December 20 to January 1.-$350/night
2 night minimum booking
Security deposit of $1000 is payable 14 days in advance of arrival. We will return the applicable refund within 14 days of departure upon return of keys and after inspection has been completed.
