Towamensing Trails Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $375
- Rates as low as $375 per weekend and $675 per week. Credit cards will only be accepted through Paypal. (2.9% processing fee will be added) Personal check and money orders accepted.
Holiday rates may be higher.
$250 min. refundable security deposit on all rentals. I do not charge a cleaning fee if you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. Cleaning fees start at $75.
Pet fee: $100. per week, $75. per weekend.
There is a $5. registration fee on all vehicles. That cost is paid directly to the Towamensing Trails.
All beds have pillows and comforters. Bed Linens can be provided for an additional $45.
$375.-$575. weekends, $675.- $875. weeks.
Rates may vary based on season.
Prices are up to 8 people. Each additional person will be assessed $50 per person per stay above 8 people. - Last minute specials and midweek specials start at just $125 per night in off season and $150 per night during summer and winder. 3 night minimum for midweek specials. Please note that Weekly rentals do take precedent over daily rentals in the summer season with a Saturday through Saturday check in and out day. Once weeks are exhausted, the midweek rates will open. Midweek rates are for the first 3 nights and then the extra night rate applies.
