- The 1st Floor Master Suite has French Doors to the Patio and close to outdoor Hot Tub with large bathroom with soaking tub, dual shower, vanity. Control4 Entertainment System. The 2nd Floor Suite has French Doors out to deck overlooking the Golf Course . A 52” wall mounted HD TV, A private bathroom with the oversized “tower shower”. Control4 Entertainment System. The Studio Suite has a private bathroom, kitchenette with cabinets, refrigerator and microwave. Control4 Entertainment System. The 4th Bedroom / Suite can be used as part of a 4th couples suite with it's Queen sized bed and Sitting Room just outside (also used as a Playroom) -or- as a room to sleep 6 with 2 twin beds with 2 twin trundles. And a Queen bed with a twin trundle. (6 beds total). The 5th Bedroom has a twin with a trundle and a bunk bed for a total of 4 beds. This bedroom overlooks Suncadia's Prospector golf course and back patio. Convertible Bed: Queen Size Airbed Brings Sleeping Capacity to 18.
