- Holidays - Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving : $500.00 per night with a 4 night minimum
Deposits: A 50% deposit is due at booking and will be charged to your credit card at that time. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date the entire rental fee is due and payable at the time of booking.
Pool Heating: $60 per day if you choose to have the pool heated. The Jacuzzi tub is always heated year round without any additional charge. - Cancellations: Reservations canceled prior to 90 days before the arrival date will be refunded 100% of the Deposit. No refunds are available after that time.
Balance Due: The balance of all remaining rental fees is due and payable 30 days prior to the arrival date. The original credit card used at the time of booking will be charged for the balance unless other arrangements have been made prior to that time. Failure to remit the balance due without explicitly canceling a reservation according to the provisions above, will cause Renter to forfeit the Deposit.
Cleaning Fee: A $250.00 non-refundable Cleaning Fee is required at the time of booking.
Pet Deposit: To be determined based upon size and breed of pet. Approval will be at owner's discretion.
Check-In / Check-Out Times: Check-In time is after 4:00 PM on the arrival
