Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A studio apartment is also available on the property for US$750 per week.
- We require a refundable damage deposit of US$500.
We require a 50% deposit in US funds to secure your booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
We accept PayPal, certified check or direct deposit. - Cancellation Policy:
We provide a full refund for reservations canceled more than 60 days prior to occupancy.
For reservations canceled 30 to 60 days prior to occupancy, we refund 50% of the total funds owing.
Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to occupancy are not refundable.
