- $200.00.. per WEEK... NON-REFUNDABLE rental deposit required to secure your reservation, for your protection, we recommend travel insurance.
Balance due 60 days prior to check in, plus $89.00 security/damage insurance premium and a $200.00 REFUNDABLE cleaning deposit (refundable within 3 days of departure providing home is left in the condition per rental agreement).
