Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Oct 01-Apr 30 .. $125/night .. $ 700/week;
$100 nonrefundable cleaning fee per stay.
$250 refundable security deposit.
10.6% lodging tax on rentals less than a month.
Rates for up to 5 people. $10 per night per person over and above, up to max of 7
PayPal accepted. Personal checks and money orders accepted when booking at least
60 days in advance.
