Montgomery Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All Holidays Have Three Day Minimum Rtes are 165.00 per night
- Rental/ Damage deposit is required with a credit card. All deposits are returned if there is no damage to the property and if cancellation is made within 3 weeks of arrival date.
- PLEASE CHECK AVAILABILITY CALENDAR-IT IS KEPT CURRENT
All major holidays and holiday weekends $185 per night 3 night minimum
There is a one time $65.00 cleaning fee per visit/ $50.00 Pet Fee
Three weeks notice is required for cancelation. Contract must be completed.
