- 'Monthly rates' applies to any four week period. High season weekend rates apply for Holidays,UCSB Graduation (June 6th-13th) and Santa Barbara Fiesta (August 4-8th) and summer solstice Festival: June 24th & 25th, 2011. Rates subject to change anytime.
