Guest quarters for main guests of Bella Vista only, full living unit Granite kitchen, 2 bedroom, full bath, $195 a night
Cleaning fee based on number of guest $195 - $250 for main house. Guest Suite additional.
Insurance Fee, $69.00 required
To secure reservation 50% of total fee due upon booking. Last 50% of total fee due 30 days prior to check-in.
Pets additional $75 each.
Cancellation subject to 10% booking fee charge, no refunds after 30 days prior to check in, unless property is re-booked.
